-Understand our automotive brands as well as other automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities and features
-Approach and assist potential customers that enter the dealership.
-Determine the needs of the customer by listening and asking fact finding questions
-Develop relationships by maintaining rapport with previous customers, suggesting trade-ins, greeting drop-ins, responding to inquiries, communicating current sales specials and promotions
-Closing sales, negotiating prices, and completing contracts
-Explains warranties, services, financing and collects payment
-Acts as team player, shares wins and successes.
-Maintains professional appearance
-Prior customer facing experience required
-Prior sales experience in automotive or retail highly preferred
-Must have valid drivers license
-Must pass background check
