Had a 10:30 appointment for simple oil change and tire rotation which took over 2 hours. Had to ask for status 3 times at about 1.5 hours and was told they were wrapping up paperwork. After the third time, finally told us they were done with paperwork. Maintenance people never gave a single update unless we asked. We were never directed to the waiting area. Just not the experience expected at Kia based on servicing our third Kia.

I've owned many vehicles over the years and took them to many a dealer for service. My experience at Fiesta Kia this week was second-to-none. I scheduled a lot of work to be performed - minor emissions recall, oil change, tire rotation, front rotors resurfaced and back pads and resurfaced rotors with a one-day deadline. They did it! Our Service Consultant Jair was great. He kept me informed and got everything done for us.

Ok so I have been servicing my car here for the last 5 years and have always taken their advice on what they recommended. After talking to my friend he told me that fiesta KIA most of the time gave him service recommendations that were never inline with what the manufacturer recommends. I took my car in for an oil change and they said that they had stripped all of the fasteners on my oil pan and charged me extra to get it fixed.
