Service department made my dayHave a 2015 Kia Soul, which I bought at Fiesta Kia. Recently, the low tire pressure gauge come on. I'd fill up the low tire and a day later it'd come on again. No games.....good serviceI went in looking for a Kia Soul. They showed me the car with just the options I needed. There were no games. We made a deal quickly and was treated well. I was also explained all the options on the car, even though I had owned a 2014 previously. Horus and Jeff both worked with me to insure I was happy. Very professional.

Routine oil changeGreat service, done in a timely manner. All employees we encountered were polite and very helpful. Waiting room was comfortable with snacks and drinks available. Bathroom clean and well supplied. Very pleasant experience.

Great Salesman!I Googled the reviews of the dealership before I even went to apply for car, I saw that It had Great reviews especially salesman Drew so I specifically asked for him and come to find out he was Exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable to help me get the car I wanted. I enjoyed the fast & friendly experience from the dealership and would highly highly recommend! Extremely Satisfied!

excellence service!Scheduled appointment on Sunday, September 25, 2016. Person on duty was very friendly and knowledgeable. Brought the car in next day, Monday at 12;30 pm and was out by 1:15 pm. The oil was changed, fluid levels checked and the car was washed and vacuum cleaned. EXCELLENT!!
